Supervisionary: A Pay-It-Forward Supervision Program

We believe in the power of service and advocacy to strengthen the counseling profession. That’s why we’re proud to introduce Supervisionary, a pay-it-forward program where qualified supervisors provide free supervision to at least one counseling licensure candidate each year.

The Supervisionary program is grounded in the belief that as counseling professionals, we have a responsibility to support the next generation of counselors. By offering no-cost supervision to one supervisee annually, qualified supervisors contribute to the growth of the profession and help reduce barriers for those working toward licensure.

This initiative also reflects our commitment to advocacy within the counseling field. By reducing financial burdens for emerging professionals, we aim to make licensure more accessible and equitable while fostering a culture of generosity and professional mentorship.

Why Supervisionary Matters:

  • Advocacy for the Profession: Strengthening the counseling field by addressing inequities in licensure pathways.

  • Commitment to Service: Giving back to the community through professional mentorship.

  • Fostering Excellence: Ensuring the next generation of counselors receive the high-quality supervision they need to succeed.

We invite other qualified supervisors to join us in this mission. Together, we can create a ripple effect of service and advocacy that transforms the counseling profession.
